Return & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the requirements for returns or exchanges of purchased products, specifying the following conditions:

Unboxing Video Requirement: A mandatory unboxing video is required to claim any product damage. The video must show the entire process from the opening of the package, including the removal of any seals, and must be unedited, uncut, and free of any filters.

Immediate Decline Without Proof: If no unboxing video is provided, the return or exchange request will be immediately declined.

No Acceptance of Self-Damage: Products damaged after being received by the customer will not be accepted for a refund.

Return Conditions: If a return is approved, the product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received, allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
